1. How long will my product take to reach?
Orders may take between 1-3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. After which, the parcel may take up to 2-4 weeks before being delivered to our customers, subject on the custom clearance process of the various countries.
For US-based customers, the order will take typically 2-4 weeks to arrive.
For customers based in Asia/Australia, orders may arrive as early as 2 weeks.
For customers based in the Americas (Canada/Mexico), orders may take around 4 weeks for arrival.
For our Europe based customers, the order may take around 3-4 weeks.
More often than not, our customers receive their orders earlier than the guided time-frame. Please allow some time for the parcel to reach you. Sometimes the parcel can be held up at customs due to special inspections or
when the parcel arrived in your country, the courier services did not register or update the status of your parcel.
We are afraid to say that all this is not within our control. However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package.
2. How do I track my package?
Once we have processed and shipped out your order, we will avail a tracking number for you via email.

3. Where are you based?
Our company is headquartered in the United States with our supply chain extending both regionally and globally. We operate globally with offices & warehouses located in the United States, Brazil and China and Russia.
4. I have ordered multiple items, why do they arrive at different times?
We process orders on a just-in-time basis and based on inventory availability to ensure our customers receive their products as early as possible. Thus, if you have a multi-product order with us, often times some will arrive earlier than others - this is completely normal and is a by-product of our efficient supply chain process.
5. Return/Exchange Policies
Our Return Policy states that you can return the item for a full refund 30 days after receiving the item If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. please note that you would have to pay for the postage costs yourself.
Exchanges (if applicable)

6. How long to consider the item is lost?
More often than not, our customers receive their orders earlier than the time mentioned here. However, we wish to manage your expectations as we cannot guarantee that all orders will arrive within the stipulated time due
to many unforeseeable circumstances that may occur during the delivery process. We would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package.
Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
The courier may also sometimes experience technical issues which is why tracking information is sometimes not updated right away. You may contact our customer support team via email so we can further assist you on this
7. How to place an order and what modes of payments are accepted?
Currently we only accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Card transactions.
8. What currency are we utilizing?
We use USD as a standard currency in our online store, and you have the privilege to change it to your local currency when need be in case you want to check how much is the item in your local currency. Our website will automatically convert the price depending on the updated/current foreign exchange rate in your area. However, upon check out, the prices will revert back to USD.
Please be assured the currency change will not affect or change the price of the item or your payment.
9. How do I place an order?
Shopping with us is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:
1. Select an item you would like to purchase and then click the add to cart button.
2. Chose to continue shopping to repeat step one until all items are in your cart or go directly to Checkout.
3. Once you are finished, click on the Shopping bag at the top of the page, and follow the prompts to check out.
Please note you will receive an email confirming your order as well as a tracking number once shipped so be sure to use a valid email address.
10. Where do I apply the discount code?
The discount code can be applied on our checkout form. If you are planning on paying with Paypal, please go to the checkout page to apply the code there. Once applied you can select to pay with Paypal.
11. Do I have to pay anything when I receive my package?
We normally do not have any issues with Customs/Duty fees with the thousands of order we have shipped. We can not guarantee non-fees but can assure we have not experienced any with previous customers.
12. Do you have a faster shipping option?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time due to the high volume of orders we are receiving. We are looking into adding a faster shipping option in the future so do watch out for that.
